Forget skin tone. When it comes to perfecting your make-up, your hair colour is key, so says M.A.C.
The Canadian beauty brand's new collection called Brunette Blonde Redhead promises to give you that perfect shade of make-up.
To be launched on Feb 6, it includes eyeshadows ($26), lipsticks ($28), lip glosses ($28) and blushes ($35) that best complement your hair colour.
Beno Lim, creative artist of M.A.C, says you still need to pick the right shade of foundation to match your skin tone.
'But the eye, cheek and lip colours in this collection have been chosen to best play up your hair colour.'
For example, dark coloured hair may make Asian skin look pallid so a deeper colour such as the Brunette Mineralize Skinfinish pressed powder ($35) can be used as a blush to warm up the complexion.
