HONG Kong superstar Andy Lau's Malaysian wife Carol Chu (pic) is dealing with pregnancy well, Nanyang Siang Pau reported.

According to Hong Kong actress Deanie Ip, who is Lau's godmother, Chu looked very pretty when they met recently.

However, she did not know the sex of the baby as she did not ask.

"Lau does not want us to talk about his family matter. I am afraid I may accidentally tell others if I find out about it," she said.

She said she had not decided on a present for the baby but was sure the baby would get a lot.

However, Ip, 64, said she was going to give the couple books on caring for babies.
