Wendy Jacobs, wife of ex-national footballer Fandi Ahmad, has not been in the public eye for quite some time after her fall in their Jakarta home which left her bed-ridden for almost a month, and having to go through therapy after that.
But she appeared to have recovered significantly when she accompanied her husband and their kids to the launch of the Fandi Ahmad Academy at SAFRA Tampines last Saturday.

Wendy Jacobs and her kids moved to Jakarta together with Fandi Ahmad when he took up the post of coaching for Indonesian football team Pelita Jaya.
"She is still not 100 per cent, but she's OK now," said Fandi. "She has started to drive, but I hope she can fully recover because I'm also worried."
The ex-national footballer also added that "at the moment, she's fine".
