MODELS Constance Jablonski and Liu Wen are the new faces of Estee Lauder, making them the first ambassadors from France and China, respectively, for the American beauty brand.

They will make their debut in its global advertising campaigns starting next month, joining current faces like Gwyneth Paltrow, Elizabeth Hurley, Carolyn Murphy and Hilary Rhoda.

Aerin Lauder, senior vice-president and creative director of Estee Lauder describe the pair as “the beauties of our time ... who define a generation” and capture the attention of the fashion and beauty world with their runway and editorial work.

Jablonski, 19, moved to New York from Lille, France, in September 2008, She has appeared on the covers of Chinese Vogue and in editorials in the American, British, French and Italian editions of Vogue.

Beijing-born Liu, 22, is also the first Asian face for the brand. She was also the first Asian model for American lingerie brand Victoria Secret, at its Secret fashion show last year.

Liu established her career with the Chinese editions of Vogue and Harper’s Bazaar. She stepped onto the international stage in Paris at the Spring 2008 runways of Chanel and Jean Paul Gaultier. Since then, she has also worked in New York and Milan.
