A pregnant woman, who was in the midst of labour pains, delivered her baby just as she was walking towards the lobby of a hospital in Fuzhou, China, reported Sin Chew Daily. The birth was captured on the hospital's CCTV.

During the 3am incident on July 24, the woman's husband, who was holding her hand, was shocked to suddenly see the baby on the floor.

While the couple waited for help, the husband picked up the baby in his arms while his wife called her relatives to inform them of the good news.

Both the baby and mother were reported to be in good condition.
