Now whenever you travel first class on British Airways, you can look forward to an Anya Hindmarch washbag.

Designed exclusively by Anya Hindmarch and the British Airways (BA) in-house design team, the sleek toiletry bag takes luxury travel up one notch.

The airline recently won the prestigious Travel Plus Gold award for the Most Innovative Bag Design, and the bronze award for First Class Unisex Kit.

The wasbag was introduced by the airline to coincide with the launch of its new First cabin.

The unique Gladstone style bag is trimmed in cream and embellished with the original ‘To Fly, To Serve’ coat of arms which featured on British Airways tailfins between 1984 and 1997.

While the original version was created in BA’s signature navy blue, the latest design of the bag is sports a warm grey colour and contains a range of products from luxury skincare specialists REN.

Mark Hassell, British Airways’ head of product and service, said: “We are thrilled to have won these awards. FIRST bags have become prized possessions. The combination of classic heritage and contemporary design, reflects the sleek new cabin look.”

The Anya Hindmarch washbag is availabile on first cabins across its longhaul fleet, including some flights to and from Singapore.
