Singapore - For a living, she squeezes her curvy 33-23-33 figure into various tight-fitting costumes and wears wigs and heavy make-up.

American-born Vietnamese cosplayer Vampy Bit Me is extremely sexy in her portrayal as various popular comic characters, earning her the tag of one of the hottest cosplayers around.

But the fakery ends when the 30-year-old, who has nearly 109,000 Facebook followers, strips off her elaborate costumes at the end of the day.

How real is she behind the fantasy?

She claims she's all natural - from her flawless face to her enviable assets.

She is simply Linda Le, an avid heavy metal music lover who is most comfortable in black band T-shirts and shorts.

The California-based Le is in town for the annual Singapore Toy, Game & Comic Convention (STGCC) this weekend at the Sands Exhibition and Convention Centre at Marina Bay Sands.

This year's edition will see appearances by many industry players like popular South Korean cosplayer Aza as well as Marvel Comics artist/writer Joe Madureira.

Le, a hardcore fan of heavy metal bands like Metallica, Slayer and Iron Maiden, told The New Paper yesterday at a media event: "I know this is strange, but I'm definitely most comfortable in my black outfits. They're easy."

It might be hard to believe that the petite woman, who is 1.55m tall and weighs 44kg, has never had any surgery.

After all, she boasts C-cup breasts - inherited from her big-chested mum apparently - despite her tiny frame.

"People think I have had 30 procedures done to my face, but I have never had anything done. What stops me is the fact that I won't look like my parents anymore," said Le, who admitted that she had toyed with the idea in the past.
