Xiaxue's newborn rakes in more than $25,000 in sponsorships

Baby Dashiel Marquet Sayre has already raked in over $25,000 worth of sponsorships and endorsements.

And he was born only two days ago (Mar 31), by a planned Caesarean section.

Perhaps it's par for the course when one is born to, arguably, Singapore's biggest name in blogging, Wendy Cheng - or better known by her blogging moniker Xiaxue - and hubby, American engineer Mike Sayre, 31.

Cheng, 28, shares the figure with The New Paper on Sunday in an email interview, adding: " I'm very grateful to have so many baby product companies sponsoring me."

Some of them include:

-Mothercare - an unlimited budget to pick whatever she wants and needs

-Pigeon - an unlimited budget

-Merries baby diapers

-Huiji Waist tonic

-Laurier - for mummy's maternity pads

-Aesthetics doctor Georgia Lee has also promised wraps to help the blogger lose the baby weight after birth.

There are also other smaller start-ups offering Cheng baby products and toys "but these are the ones I've decided to go with for the moment", she says.

She acknowledges that little Dashiel is a fortunate little boy: "Everything he will be using are all the best brand names."

She adds jokingly: "Hope he won't turn out too spoilt."

Dude top tips...

1. Get down Dallas bar Boat Quay...
2. Look around at Angmo, HK and SG guys...
3. Check out shoes and tailored shirts...
4. Wear this attire...
5. Go to a far-out neighbourhood KTV and PULL!

You will pull the right woman to marry and so on, but presentation is everything. The attire will give you the confidence to turn your vocal chords into a spring of sweet mineral water which will delight womens' ears.

Go where? Where I go?? I work here one meh??

U belly confusing leh ... :D

I dont like the texture of meekia ... very soft and not chewy ... unlike meepok ... so best combinations for fishball or bakchor tah is meepok .... the only meekia tah I eat is Wanton Mee, the texture and ingredient use to made meekia is totally different from fishball/bakchor stalls .... :D

That hawker center only got 3 fishball/bakchor stalls, 1 prata stall, 1 chapchai rice stall, and 4 kopi stalls open in morning .... so more economical and filling to eat noodles .... :D
