Flirty black dress, bare shoulders and a sultry come-hither look, with an eye flashing through black lace.

Who would have thought Ella Chen, the resident tomboy of popular Taiwanese girl group S.H.E, could look like this?

In one of her latest publicity photos, the 30-year-old singer-actress covers her chest with her arms and teases us with a glimpse of cleavage.

Chen's ultra feminine and sexy new look was unveiled recently to plug pre-order sales in Taiwan for her upcoming EP titled I Am... Ella Chen Jia Hu.

And in the music video (MV) for her first single, the fast dance track Bad Girl, she canoodles with a handsome Brazilian model.

Chen also writhes around sexily in the clip, which sees her in four different outfits. In one scene, she struts coolly down a catwalk wearing dramatic eye make-up and a crown.

And yes, there are handcuffs, too.

The six-track EP will be released in Singapore on March 30.

Chen wrote three of the songs, two of which she dedicated to Selina Jen and Hebe Tien, her fellow S.H.E members.

Traditionally thought of as the least attractive of the trio, the formerly androgynous star's extraordinary makeover has surprised her local fans.
