Hong Kong actress Cecilia Cheung has given birth to a boy by caesarean section.

The mother and the baby, weighing 7.7 pounds, are doing well after the operation at 10 pm on May 12. Cecilia’s husband, Nicholas Tse, was by her side throughout.

His father Yin Tse could not conceal his delight while speaking to media on the phone. He said the most important thing now is to give Cecilia a good environment to rest. No name has been chosen for the baby, which will be determined by his father.

Sister-in-law Jennifer Tse and many friends visited the hospital offering their best wishes.

According to the report, Lucas, the first son of Nicholas and Cecilia, was also at his mother's side and did not leave until the delivery. Yin Tse told the media that Lucas likes his little brother very much.
