Bare-faced beauty: Dr Georgia Lee
by Karen Tee

DR GEORGIA LEE, 41
Director of TLC Lifestyle Practice

If you could have make-up on only one facial feature, which would it be?

My eyes as they are the defining features of a person's face. I usually outline my eyes with a M.A.C eyeliner.

When, if ever, would you step out of the house without make-up?

When there are no events to attend, I go to work with just the untinted sunblock from my Drgeorgialee skincare line.

Which facial feature are you most insecure about?

None. I have some chickenpox scars and some people think I will look better with a nose job but I am happy with the way I look.

What are your make-up must-haves?

I use Drgeorgialee Post Cleanser Step 2, a serum, to prime my skin so that it will take well to my pressed powder.

What is your secret to beautiful skin?

I use the oil control skincare range from my own line as I know what goes into it. I use the Oil Control Cleanser, Anti-aging Toner, Post Cleanser Step 2 and Sunblock for day and the All-in-one Wash, Anti-aging Toner and Post Cleanser Step 2 at night. I don't use moisturiser as my face is slightly oily.

Aesthetic treatments which I do on myself every two years include Thermage to tighten the skin and Ulthera to reduce lines.

I have Botox injections twice a year to reduce expression lines on my forehead and around the eyes. Every nine months, I use fillers to plump up my laugh lines, lips and the area under my eyes.

I also go for monthly laser rejuvenation.

Complete this sentence: Beauty is... beautiful skin and a kind heart. Beautiful skin signifies cleanliness and health.

What has become of Singapore? We are faking this much? You can do wonders with plastic surgeries...

Her nose, mouth and chin are very fake... although they might look fine on its own but put together on this facial shape makes it 3xfake.

Artifical beauty looks nice if it is tweak a little to complement the original but over-tweaking it actually ruin the overall natural beauty look. Dr Georgia Lee is one example of a run-away cosmetic artwork!!!
