Hong Kong - Cantopop queen Sammi Cheng (above right) has sparked talk that she is back with her old flame, singer Andy Hui (above left), after she spent five hours at his home recently.

The rendezvous was first reported by Oriental Sunday magazine and Hui confirmed it on Monday, said Ming Pao Daily News.

But he would not say if the couple, who dated for 13 years and broke up in 2004, had rekindled their relationship.

Asked what his current girlfriend, model Michelle Yu, thought of his night with Cheng, he said: 'I'm not talking.'

Ming Pao and other newspapers noted that he did not deny the reunion outright, however.

Oriental Sunday photographed Cheng at his home in Kowloon on Jan 16 at 8pm. At 1am, she was seen leaving with a smile.

According to the magazine, he hosted a barbecue that night, attended by his buddies such as actor Dicky Cheung and singer Eric Suen.

But the group left at about 10pm, leaving Hui and Cheng to themselves, the report said.

Since their split, the two have stayed friendly. He attended two of her concerts late last year, and was her guest singer at two other shows.

He said on stage then: 'I don't know the words to express this woman's place in my heart. I can use just five words, 'It's all in the silence'.'
