SOMETHING big is in town - in the heart of Orchard Road that is. The world's tallest indoor Via Ferrata wall stands at an impressive 30 metres high in the spanking new Orchard Central shopping mall. Via Ferrata, Italian for 'iron way', features three sport climbing routes equipped with fixed cables, staples, ladders and bridges weaving across the walls to create different challenges. For a limited time only, shoppers can enjoy one free climb with a purchase of three. Each climb costs $30 (weekdays) and $35 (weekends).
Courses such as sport climbing and abseiling are available on site too. The Via Ferrata wall is at #04-22 of the Orchard Central shopping mall. Promotion is valid for three months starting from July 1.
