How much do I love thee?

Enough to hop on a plane to Singapore for Valentine's Day.

Canadian model Brittaney Patricia McQuarrie, better known as Brit, lives in Hong Kong but maybe spending the most romantic day of the year here.

She said she first met Paul Foster through a mutual friend three years ago, the same time she moved from Canada to Hong Kong.

But the two haven't had a chance to meet often or explore a romance due to the long distance.

After she heard about this date-a-celeb series through friends, she applied online.

Said Miss McQuarrie, 23: "I want everyone to know what a great guy Paul is.

"If he chooses me for the date, I will fly to Singapore for it.

"Eventually I'd like to split my time between Hong Kong, Singapore and Bali."

The 1.8m-tall beauty,who weighs 63kg, added that she was last attached two years ago.

Since then she has been focusing on "me time" because she believes that self-discovery is most important before she can make someone else happy.

"Everybody should spend time on their own at some point in their life.

"There is so much to learn."

She went to Hong Kong three years ago to be a model, and ended up relocating there as she fell in love with the place.

She also started a company with friends which organises events for nightclubs and restaurants in Hong Kong.

She said: "I'm someone who adapts to new situations and people very quickly.

"I love change and learning new things every day.

"I love living with a little bit of uncertainty and chaos because it keeps things interesting!"
