Local TV actress Eelyn Kok announced her three-month pregnancy yesterday at the lensing ceremony for her new police drama C.L.I.F 2.

The 34-year-old revealed her pregnancy was unplanned, a result of a recent holiday to Korea with her husband, an IT professional. The baby, the couple's first child, is due on Apr 4.

"Before I was pregnant, I heard from friends about how tough pregnancy is and I was worried about the pain. Now, I think having a baby is a miraculous event," said Kok.

She will have many emotional scenes in the new drama, but Kok believes they will not affect her pregnancy.
