Taiwanese all-girl singing group S.H.E.'s Ella Chen and her Malaysian fiance will not have a honeymoon after their wedding next month due to her busy schedule, Guang Ming Daily reported.

Chen said her schedule was packed so she would be back to work after the wedding ceremony.

Chen, 30, is set to marry Alvin Lai next month and their wedding banquet will be held in Taiwan on May 5 and Malaysia on May 19.

The singer said she thought of marrying Lai a week after they started dating.

She said she had allowed her groom-to-be to take charge of the wedding preparations as she was confident he would arrange a date that suited them well.
