Organic food for kids
by Veena Bharwani

Parents are worriers. That's our job.

We worry if our kids don't eat enough.

We worry if our kids eat the wrong stuff.

My latest worry is pesticides used on foods for the kids.

While it is not always possible to go organic all the time as such items are more expensive, parents can certainly try to slip in organic snacks and breakfast treats for their kids every now and then.

Here are some organic treats for infants and older kids.

Healthy Times
Original Teddy Puffs

This finger food is shaped as a little teddy bear and is perfect for toddlers learning how to feed themselves. It's nutritious and made of whole grain oats, whole grain brown rice and whole grain corn, among other ingredients. The puffs are wheat-free, dairy-free and soya-free for babies who are allergic. It comes in two flavours - original and apple cinnamon.
