Nanyang Siang Pau reported that Hong Kong actress Gigi Lai Chi was planning to get married.
Lai, who announced her retirement last month, was spotted making her wedding dress in Hong Kong.
The 38-year-old star has chosen designer Bonita Cheung, who designed the wedding dress of former Miss Hong Kong Michelle Reis.
Lai has left show business to take care of her brother, who was involved in a serious accident last June which left him half paralysed.
