Brazilian designer Carlos Miele considered the cocktails and parties for which women dress up in designing his collection.

First on the catwalk were black dresses, the tops of which were sculpted like shells.

These were followed by elegant and long evening gowns which the designer presented with pleated and embroidered bolero jackets.
