HONG KONG star Nicholas Tse and Cecilia Cheung got married in a secret ceremony in Philippines in September 2006.

Their elder son, Lucas, was born in August 2007.

In January and February 2008, Cheung was embroiled in the Edison Chen scandal as explicit photos of her and the actor surfaced on the Internet.

While the rest of the world thought that the incident would shake her marriage to Tse, the couple emerged stronger than ever, appearing to have overcome the rough patch in their marriage.

In May 2010, Cheung gave birth to their second son, Quintus.

But as Murphy's law would have it, "anything that can go wrong, will go wrong".
