A Singapore girl, Mandi Cheung Pui Man won Miss Congeniality at the 2014 Miss Chinese International pageant on Sunday night.

Miss Hong Kong Grace Chan was announced winner of the pageant held on Sunday, Jan 26.

According to Hktopten, she is the first Hong Kong representative to win in a decade, since Sonija Kwok's win in the year 2000.

When her name was announced, Chan was overcome with emotion as she teared up and covered her face.

The first runner up was Vancouver's Cindy Zhong, while second runner up was Montreal's Lucia Lorigiano (Wong Ting Lai).
