If you think this picture on a Japanese magazine shows three sisters holding their kids, then you are in for a huge surprise.

According to online news reports, the woman on the right is actually a 42-year-old grandmother, while the others in the photo are her two daughters and three grandchildren.

Also the winner of a beauty pageant last year, Kazuko Inoue has been labelled as a 'bimajo' -- which means 'beautiful witch'.

She got married at 19, and had her first child the same year.

Kazuko's photos have gone viral on social networking sites and forums ever since she was featured in this Japanese magazine, in which she was quoted as saying, "Real beauty is natural beauty."
