Actually she could be doing what many actresses are doing, force eating to ensure that they growing fat on purpose to earn big bucks as spokesperson of a certain slimming center later as they undergo the slimming sessions.

This reminds me of the outcry over Britney Spears' figure. Somehow, as soon as you're in the media, you get ridiculous expectations of having to have flat stomachs.
Give the women a break to indulge in a natural appetite.

Most of us have had the extra love handles at least once in our lives, so give the lady a break! Maybe she's experiencing bliss in her life and has been having a good appetite for food! It's not obesity, it's a blissful fat! ;)

Unless you're willing to exercise and eat sensibly, excess fat will return in no time.
May I suggest eating a balance diet and joining a gym instead of wasting your money and even ruining your health in slimming centres.
Lots of men like their women with some curves. Making yourself stick thin like a runway model may turn your man off instead.
