After a photo of all 20 contestants in a Korean pageant was posted online, netizens were amazed at how similar the girls looked.
They asked if this was pure coincidence, or if the pictures were the result of overhanded digital retouching.
Or, perhaps due to the fact that South Korea has the highest rate of plastic surgery per capita in the world.
Contrary to previous reports, the pageant contestants were not Miss Korea 2013 contestants, but 2013 Miss Daegu contestants, according to Kotaku.com.
Recently, a set of before and after photos of the contestants was also revealed.
The pictures showed the girls without make-up and looking markedly different - from each other as well as their made-up selves.
