'Harlem Shake' wedding video an Internet hit

OHIO, US - A wedding video on YouTube showing an American couple and their bridal party dancing to the Harlem Shake ditty has gone viral on the Internet, reported tech site Digitalspy.co.uk and Huffington Post.

According to Digitalspy, although the once-popular Internet meme has since died down, the couple managed to give it a new lease of life with their creative wedding video.

The nearly two-minute clip has been viewed more than 400,000 times since it was uploaded on June 2.

Amazingly, they even managed to convince the pastor who was conducting the ceremony to join in the crazy dance.

The bride, Abigail, wrote on their website, Singletohitched.com: "Nate and I decided to dance our way into marriage by putting our own spin on the Harlem Shake.

"While there are hundreds of thousands of Harlem Shake videos out there, we knew we wanted to celebrate with everyone by doing something off the wall, fun and memorable. This is a moment we will never forget."
