It's going to be a memorable year for longtime Hong Kong lovers Athena Chu and Paul Wong.
Rumours about them heading down the aisle never ceased since they got together 13 years ago, yet this year, the couple are about to make it a reality this year.
Wong, a singer-songwriter and the lead guitarist of the Hong Kong rock band Beyond, confirmed that his 40-year-old girlfriend is indeed three months pregnant and that he plans to make an honest woman out of Chu by end of this year, after the baby is born.
The pair made this announcement when they were swarmed by the media at the Hong Kong airport recently.
Speculations were rife that Chu is pregnant, after she uploaded a black and white nude picture featuring her and Wong locked in an embrace on her Weibo and hinted that she's about to be a mother.
Wong has promised to take more pictures of Chu's baby bump in the future.
