Beauty and skin care are things that occupy women's minds for a large part of their lives.

There are also many products out there that help women maintain their looks.

As a result, several misconceptions have arisen about skin care products and how our skin behaves to products and our environment.

One common misconception is that eating oily food cause acne.

This claim is inaccurate as it is not scientifically proven, and people who keep healthy diets do also suffer from acne.
