Hong Kong - Singers Sammi Cheng and Andy Hui have fuelled more speculation that they are back together, after they flew back from Taipei together.

Hui, 42, who was the first to be seen in the arrival hall of the Hong Kong International Airport on Thursday, was adamant that he had gone to Taiwan for business - to get a director for a new music video, he told Ming Pao Daily News.

'I saw Sammi only after I arrived in Taiwan. We each had work to do. We didn't arrange to meet,' he said.

Cheng, 37, who had gone to Taiwan to publicise her album, was all smiles when spotted about 10 minutes later. She stopped to buy a Starbucks coffee and when Apple Daily asked her if she was back with Hui, she said with a laugh: 'I'll buy you a drink.'

Pressed for an answer about her former boyfriend - they had been together for 13 years before breaking up in 2004 - she told the media not to put words in her mouth.

She was more direct when the subject of actor Shawn Yue, who is rumoured to be romancing her, came up. 'It's completely impossible. We're neighbours,' she said.
