Colour-loving fashionistas can breathe easy. The pre-fall collections are indication enough that bright hues need not go into storage for the rest of the year.
Dolce & Gabbana (1) splashed out on Technicolor coats, and bustiers, pencil skirts and pumps were rendered in yellow, orange, emerald and amethyst.
Pink was the hue du jour at Yves Saint Laurent (2), with a leather sheath dress, an ankle-length A-line skirt and a draped dress taking on a healthy glow.
Prada's (3) coats came covered in candy-coloured camouflage prints.
At French house Balenciaga (4), egg-shaped coats came in multi-hued prints, with yellow, red and green tights completing the looks.
