LIN Miaoke, the pixiefaced nine-year-old whose lip-syncing during the Beijing Olympics opening ceremony became a world scandal, has a role in a new Chinese TV series, An Extraordinary Beauty In The North, reported China Daily.
Miaoke plays Ji Ping, a girl born into a noble family who struggles through the first half of the last century and eventually becomes a Peking-opera star.
