HOW TO MEASURE YOUR VAGINAL pH

• Insert the pH swab into the vagina. Withdraw the pH swab after pressing it against the mid-vaginal wall for five seconds.
• Proceed by matching the pH paper on the swab to the numbered colours on the pH guide.
