Getting It: For a while there in the mid-noughties, this British actress appeared to be well on her way to fashion icon status. Despite not having any major film roles to her name, Miller was seen as one of the poster girls for boho chic and her fondness for peasant skirts, layered tunics and Ugg boots was widely emulated.
Losing It: Her relationship with actor Jude Law came to a sordid end in 2005 when his affair with his children's nanny was exposed. Miller soon became associated more with tabloids than fashion glossies, especially when she took up with married actor Balthazar Getty in 2008. Her attempts at being taken seriously as an actress have also fallen flat: Her leading role in the little-seen indie Factory Girl (2006) failed to score her any major critical acclaim.
