TEN plastic surgeries in one day.
The Hills star Heidi Montag, 23, has told People magazine that she is “obsessed” with plastic surgery.
The Hills is a reality TV show that follows the lives of several young people living in Los Angeles.
Montag told People that she went under the knifeon 20 Nov for a second time, without her family’s knowledge, to have 10 plastic surgery procedures done .
“For the past three years, I’ve thought about what to have done,” she said. “I’m beyond obsessed.”
It’s not known when she went for her first plastic surgery but entertainment websites in 2007 reported her admitting to going under the knife.
‘Bigger is better’
“It sounds crazy, but once you get a certain size boob, you always want bigger. Bigger is better,” the celebrity said in a video clip postedon People’s website.
“The first time I got them, I thought they’d be bigger. So now that I’ve had them in me, I know what I really want in size. I know I’m going to be very excited.
“It’s my body, I need to feel comfortable as awoman as a person,” Montag continued in the clip. “Your inner beauty is always there. I think that’s what Spencer’s (her husband Spencer Pratt) the most concerned with.
“He’s always like, ‘You could change, you could have whatever you want. I still love you the same.’ So his support has really been a lot and made such a difference.”
She said she isn’t bothered by what other people think about her surgery.“People are going to say nasty and judging things regardless of what I do. “Obviously this is very serious and a very controversial thing even in today’s society.
“But the most important thing is for me to feel good and for me to be happy and confident. I’m the one living in my skin.”
Now magazine quoted Montag as saying that people have said that she had a chin like Jay Leno’s, the NBCtalk-show host.
“And when I watched myself on The Hills, my ears would be sticking out like Dumbo! I just wanted to feel confident and look in the mirror and be like, ‘Whoa! That’s me!’ I was an ugly duckling before.
“I look way better now and I’m way happier. My eyebrow lift just took my face to another level, made it a little bit more European-exotic. And for the first time, I have sexy ears!”
Montag, who is thought to have spent more than US$30,000 ($41,700) on the makeover, said she wants more work done on her body.
Another The Hills star Audrina Patridge admitted to People magazine that she was surprised by the number of procedures her friend had under gone.
“I think it’s a case of to each his own. But 10 procedures in one day is a little much.”
