HOT Hong Kong star Rachel (Loletta) Lee Lai-Chun has returned to the spotlight with a sexier and mature image.

The 44-year-old mama has been appointed the slimming products spokesperson for a company with a HK$5mil ($0.89mil) reward.

She was recently photographed in a series of sexy lingerie for the company.

Although Lee was captured in photographs by paparazzi with an overweight figure on the streets two years back, the sexy queen has successfully lost 11kg for the photo-shooting session.

Those who had seen the photographs say Lee’s body and pretty face are the same as some 16 years ago when she released her nude photograph albums and starred in R-rated movies.

Lee, who started acting when she was 15 years old, is one of the Happy Girls discovered by director Raymond Wong Bak-Ming.

The girls, including pop star Jackie Cheung Hok-Yau’s wife May Lo, were made famous by starring as schoolgirls in Wong’s Happy Ghost series in the 80s.

In the 90s, Lee wanted to change her innocent image by taking her clothes off and starred in a series of R-rated movies such as the Spirit of Love, Girls Unbutton and Crazy Love.

The movies did well in Hong Kong box office and are still selling like hot cakes.

In 1999, Lee acted as amnesia girl Sow in Ann Hui On-Wah’s movie Ordinary Heroes. The role earned her the Best Lead Actress award in the Golden Horse Awards.

She is divorced with her composer husband Clarence Hui Yuen. They have a daughter.

She is now dating famous Cantopop writer Calvin Poon Wai-Yuen.
