Ms Caline Chew, Blood Type Diet consultant, who also runs My Type Store & Restaurant, will share with us a diet solution to stay healthy and achieve your ideal weight. Yet another interesting topic which will be touched on at the seminar is Well-being through Lifestyle Therapeutic Massages.
