American musician Pharrell Williams has come on board as a collaborator and spokesman for Japanese fast-fashion giant Uniqlo's UT line's spring/summer 2014 collection.
The musician is friends with the UT line's creative director, Japanese street-style icon and Bape founder Nigo.
The collection, which will feature more than 30 themes, will include a collaboration line with the musician's "i am OTHER" creative collective and consist of men's and women's T-shirts and caps.
Williams will also appear in campaign images and a commercial featuring one of his new songs.
The commercial and an exclusive interview will be available for viewing on www.uniqlo.com.sg next month.
The spring/summer 2014 UT collection will be available in Singapore in early May.
