Looking for cool jade jewellery beyond the ubiquitous bangle? You are in luck. A new jade jewellery brand called Ms. Wong has arrived.

Launched by Ms Loh Hsiao Ying, the owner of local vintage boutique Granny's Day Out, it consists of modern pieces featuring jade of unusual colours, such as black (photo), lavender, yellow and white.

The pieces in the Ms. Wong label are manufactured in Hong Kong using jade material from Myanmar. The first two collections are inspired by geometric patterns and Art Deco.

Prices range from $318 for a white jade ring to $1,388 for a pair of lavender jade earrings. Ms. Wong pieces are available at The Gift Box, Level 3 Takashimaya Department Store.
