She is currently based in Singapore and represented by Fly Entertainment. Last July, she started a social media website for yogis called Stretch City (www.stretchcity.com).
What is the one product you would not step out of the house without?
Moisturiser with sun protection. Sunscreen slows down skin-ageing and is as important as your moisturiser. My current favourite is The Body Shop's Vitamin C Daily Moisturiser with SPF 30 ($39.90). I like its two-in-one function and citrusy fragrance which reminds me of summer days on the beach.
What is the one grooming service you cannot do without?
A regular manicure and pedicure. I like to go to any nail salon where I can gossip and practise my Mandarin with the nail technicians.
What, in your opinion, is the best beauty invention?
Make-up, because it can instantly make you feel and look more beautiful. My favourite product is the Addiction Lipstick in Faithful, a rosy pink, from Japanese brand Addiction by Ayako. I use it on my cheeks and lips to give my face a pop of colour.
What is your favourite perfume?
Anna Sui's Secret Wish EDT ($64 for 30ml). It was a birthday present from a friend and I like its subtle but fruity, woody fragrance that is suitable for all occasions.
What is the most ridiculous thing you have done in the name of beauty?
Long-distance travelling is tiring and dulls and dehydrates skin. So I'm not shy about putting on a face mask when I'm on the plane or train. I use Japanese brand Gokujyun's sheet masks.
Give us a beauty tip.
Besides drinking enough water, always remember to clean your face before you sleep. No matter how exhausted you are, always remove your make-up and wash off the impurities. This will help to keep your skin in good condition.
