How Cecilia Cheung spent her vacation in S'pore

What has Cecilia Cheung been doing in Singapore? Locals who took pictures with her and uploaded them online give us a glimpse into her recent vacation here.

There was even immense speculation that it was also a "school scouting trip" for her sons.

Cecilia Cheung dines at fast-food joint Veganburg in Jalan Eunos.

A video of her cutting food in the kitchen of restaurant Rice&Fries, located in Changi, is circulated online. In the clip, chef and owner Ken Chia challenges her to slice up potatoes.

NOV 5

She heads to the arcade at Bugis Junction with her sons.

Cheung gives the "claw" machine a go and tries to "pick up" some furry toys for the boys.

A fan approaches her son Lucas for his autograph.

NOV 13

A netizen runs into Cheung at Ikea.

He later wrote: "I was at the Ikea restaurant and sitting just beside me was Cecilia, her sons Lucas and Quintus and their two nannies. "Cecilia's pretty nice, she took the initiative to come over and talk to me and to take a picture with me.

"She said that she hoped that no one takes pictures of her kids because she doesn't want them exposed."

She takes her sons to art lounge Arteastiq at Mandarin Gallery for social painting.

While her kids did a great job with their art pieces, she was the most impressive when she painted her canvas with her hand.

A netizen who works at Changi Airport is stoked when she sees Cheung.

She later wrote: "When I saw Cecilia walk past me I broke into a small run and gave chase.

"Thank goodness she stopped to browse cosmetics. When I walked up to her, she mistook me for the salesgirl.

"This famous celebrity looks beautiful without make-up, she is very nice and friendly too. I was so excited!"
