No thigh gap? No worries
by Karen Lim

These A-list celebrities have been ranked as the most beautiful women in the world - and they don't have thigh gaps.

My Paper takes a look at how these glamorous entertainers keep fit without having to go on a crash diet.

Jennifer Lopez

J-Lo isn't known just for her hit songs and distinctive fashion style - the 44-year-old's figure and rock-hard abs have inspired many to keep fit.

Her exercise routine includes various types of cardio workouts and resistance training.

Lopez once told The Telegraph that, no matter what shape or size she is, she doesn't let the pressure to be thin bother her, especially after she had a jiggly belly following the birth of twins in 2008.

Sofia Vergara

Colombian actress and model Sofia Vergara, of Modern Family fame, was recently featured on People magazine's 2013 Most Beautiful list, right after singer Beyonce.

The 41-year-old is a self-described gym hater, but works hard to keep fit. She told Fox News that she does everything in moderation: "Not too much food, not too much exercise, not too much anything."

In a New York Times report, Vergara said she works out with her trainer, as well as doing a bit of spinning or Pilates.

Rihanna

She might have changed her appearance (and hairstyle) multiple times, but the one thing Barbadian pop princess Rihanna has kept is her slim body.

Her fitness trainer, Harley Pasternak, revealed in an interview with The Daily Mail that he keeps the 25-year-old in shape by making sure she takes at least 10,000 steps a day and works out for 25 minutes, five days a week.
