"I need to run at least one or two hours per day on the treadmill to lose muscle that I gained because of pole-dancing. My legs and arms have become huge.

"If I gain weight, I look like a giant in the Taiwanese market. I need to be thin, otherwise when I stand beside the Taiwanese celebs, I look huge."


On make-up and style

"The one make-up item I can't live without is eyeliner. Otherwise, people say I look ill. I can go out in slippers, shorts and my hair gets messy under a cap.

"Trust me, you won't recognise me. I need the rest. My schedule is very hectic, I'm working non-stop."


On beauty

"I love DIY masks and natural ingredients like oats. My favourite recipe is mixing oats with yeast and putting it on my face for 15 minutes every day.

"Once a week, I also do a fruit juice detox. I consume only juice containing apple, orange, grape, kiwi and lemon for the day."


On diet

"I fast with Muslims during Ramadan (fasting month), and I cut down on meat and carbohydrates. "I love salad and mix it with salmon for brain function."

On indulgences

"I must have coffee and chocolates every day, even if it's just a bit of dark chocolate. I love massages and going out for dessert and food.
