Having snails crawling on one's face sounds like the stuff of nightmares, but Tokyo-based beauty salon Ci:z.Labo is hoping that people will pay for a new beauty treatment involving gastropods.
The treatment claims to slough off dead skin, clear pores and roll back the years, thanks to the snail's slime, believed to have an anti-ageing effect on human skin.
