Do you hate bumping into people wearing the same dress? If you do - and let's face it, who doesn't? - take advantage of the 2013 Blueprint Emporium and stand out from the crowd with designer garb from up-and-coming fashion and accessory brands from Singapore and beyond.
The Blueprint Emporium 2013, will take place from May 18 to 19; it's open to the public and will be held at The Pit Building this year.
Part of the Blueprint Tradeshow, the Blueprint Emporium is an annual Singapore fashion event which sees international and local fashion buyers and industry insiders participating in a trade show and a series of talks held during the same week.
The Blueprint Emporium 2012 saw over 9,000 shoppers turn up in one weekend at Suntec City's convention halls. This year's edition however, brings both Blueprint and Audi Fashion Festival 2013 events all under one roof, so to speak, at The Pit Building.
Participating brands include Singapore labels Ong Shunmugam, Hansel, Carrie K. and Depression alongside international designer brands being brought in from cities as varied as Tokyo, Sydney, New Delhi, Milan and London. Shoppers will also be able to meet some of the designers in-person, as they'll be there to discuss and promote their brands.
If you like it, buy it fast; designers tend to only bring in limited quantities of the collections for this shopping event.
Can't wait for May to arrive? As a lead-up to Blueprint 2013, a string of shopping promotions have also been launched, via the Wear Emerging Designers (W.E.D.) movement.
All you have to do is to add Blueprint's W.E.D. badge to your user profile on Facebook or Twitter to enjoy savvy shopping privileges from over 30 Singapore boutiques and designer labels.
The Blueprint Emporium 2013 runs from May 18 to 19, 2013 at The Pit Building, Marina Bay, 1 Republic Boulevard, Singapore 038975.
