The Playboy founder's new wife, Crystal Harris, took to Twitter last week to announce that she will be selling her US$7,500 (S$9,280) pink dress and the shoes she wore when she exchanged vows with Hefner on New Year's Eve to raise funds for cancer research in honour of the late Mary O'Connor, Hefner's secretary of more than 40 years and her long-time friend.

The 26-year-old American-born British model tweeted: "I am auctioning my wedding dress with @charitybuzz to raise money for lymphoma in memory of Mary." The auction ends on Feb 11.
