HOLLYWOOD - Would you take advice from an American Playboy model?

Jenny McCarthy, 39, is adding advice columnist to her resume already filled with a relatively extensive list of skills including actress, author and activist.

The former Playmate of the Year has a job with The Chicago Sun-Times, her hometown newspaper, as a daily online blogger.

USA Today reported that the column, entitled Ask Jenny, will answer reader questions on topics like love, sex, parenting, friendship and fitness.

McCarthy said in a statement: "Not only is (The Sun-Times) something that I grew up reading, but I just feel honoured."
