Reality TV star Kim Kardashian is nothing if not enterprising and media-loving.

Despite being involved in a US$5 million (S$6.1 million) fraud lawsuit for her involvement in diet formula QuickTrim, the 31-year-old Kardashian had no issues shilling the brand in Melbourne.

Kardashian and her sister Khloe - along with the manufacturers of QuickTrim - have been named as defendants in the lawsuit after four customers sued them in March, claiming QuickTrim was unhealthy and ineffective.

Her fans weren't complaining. Australian papers reported that hordes of her fans welcomed her.
