Hong Kong singer-actor Aaron Kwok, 46, and girlfriend Lynn Xiong, 31, are rumoured to be tying the knot in June.

The couple have asked for two weeks leave from their managers respectively, reported Hong Kong's Ming Pao Weekly, and plan to secretly wed overseas.

The reason for their snap decision is reportedly to make Lynn's father, who is diagnosed with cancer, happy.

But according to Hong Kong media reports, the stars' managers are less than pleased with the latest development.

Aaron's manager allegedly got into a fight with the Heavenly King, while Lynn's manager tried to persuade the model-actress to reconsider the marriage.

Aaron's good friends Julian Cheung Chi-Lam and his wife Anita Yuen are believed to be attending the wedding.

Lynn recently admitted to the media that she received a three-carat diamond ring from Aaron.

When asked when the wedding will be, she replied: "When I get married, I will definitely tell you all. It is not the time yet."
