TAIWANESE starlet Selina Jen will tie the knot with fiancé Richard Zhang Cheng Zhong on Oct 31, which is also her 30th birthday, the China Press reported.
Selina, who recently suffered third-degree burns during filming in October last year, had earlier postponed her April wedding indefinitely.
However, Selina's father said the date of her wedding would depend on her health condition.
Selina was injured on Oct 22 while filming I Have A Date With Spring and is one of the three members of Taiwanese pop group S.H.E.
After a painful three months of treatment, she made her first public appearance on Jan 19 at the Chang Gung Memorial Hospital in the outskirts of Taipei City, wearing gloves and sporting shortly cropped hair.
The accident had left her with burns on 54 per cent of her body a spokesperson of the medical team that treated Selina said, and a lengthy period of rehabilitation lay ahead of the star after her discharge.
In February, her fiancé lawyer Richard Zhang told the media that due to the painful recovery process, the wedding which was scheduled for April was to be postponed indefinitely.
"It will be taxing on her if the wedding takes place on the original date," he was quoted as saying.
Selina, whose real name is Jen Chia-hsuan, became a household name in Chinese-speaking communities worldwide in 2001, when S.H.E. shot to fame after their first album sold over 750,000 copies.
