What are some of the possible breastfeeding positions I can use?

Side-lying hold: Lie on the left side with a pillow under your arm. Let the baby lie parallel to you so that she can latch on to the left nipple. You can use your right hand to support the baby. Repeat on the other side.

Cradle hold: Let the baby snuggle in the crook of your arm. The baby should be on her
side rather than on her back. Place a pillow on your lap so that you do not have to lean forward or strain your side.

Football hold: Prop a few pillows under your forearm and lay the baby down on your arm with his head on your hand. The baby should be held close to your body like a football and the baby’s mouth is then brought to the nipple. It is tiring so it would be good to place more pillows under the arm for support. Repeat on the other side.
