Dior has just opened its third and largest flagship boutique at the Marina Bay Sands Shoppes.
With more than 300 sq m of shopping space, the boutique showcases the design collaboration with famed New York architect Peter Marino.
Walk past the boutique's facade which features floor to ceiling display windows dressed in Dior's classic Cannage motif and you're greeted by its bag bar. The shelves are lined with its classic Lady Dior handbags in its variations, and the chic, cool interiors invite you to seat yourself in one of its uniquely designed medallion chairs that are made in Prais to browse the collection.
Through the interior and into the next salon where you can purview Dior's current fall collection of bags and cutesy accessories, you will see a video wall that shows a series of curated ‘live stream’ images from the archives of the House of Dior. Even the music has been especially created by French sound artist Beatrice Ardisson to add to the genteel ambience within the store. After which, walk through to the ready-to-wear section with shoes and clothes, all of which is laid out in an elegant lounge space that is reminiscent of an inviting living parlour.
At the Dior Watch Saloon, the only room with a unique black concept, sample the time pieces and the Dior phone. For the Marina Bay Sands shop, Dior has also launched limited editions of the Dior Christal 8 and La Mini D de Dior.

DIOR MARINA BAY SANDS HOMME EXCLUSIVE ITEMS
The opening of the second Dior Homme boutique in Marina Bay Sands Singapore follows in the footsteps of the highly successful Dior Homme in ION last year.
Bright, open with a gleaming façade of black and white, steel and mirrors, the Dior Homme universe appears to be an entirely open and transparent space, offering the Fall/Winter 2010/2011 collection, which includes menswear, sportswear, denim, leather goods, accessories, footwear and time pieces in 200 square meters.
The boutique design was conceived by the Dior Homme architectural team in Paris with our designer Kris Van Assche. Accentuated with design elements that are synonymous with the world of Dior Homme – matt black metal shop front, interior black granite flooring, under-lit black lacquered showcases, stainless steel racks suspended from the ceiling and high-gloss lacquered display – all these elements combine to produce the most eye-catching façade of brightness, transparency, space and depth, making it stand out amongst the many luxury labels in the mall.
A Dior Homme Accessories Bar was created to highlight the various Homme leather goods, time pieces & accessories. This floor to ceiling black bar stylishly displays men’s essentials, making it easy for the client to select his purchases.
Other than its instantly recognizable Dior Homme design elements, the team also injected a new twist to the boutique’s wall shelving design with spaces in between the shelves. This design also forms the shop window of Dior Homme Marina Bay Sands. In addition, low shelves were also used to display the leather goods in front of the wall shelving.
To celebrate the opening of Dior Homme Marina Bay Sands, Dior Homme offers some limited edition products such as Dior Homme leather goods and time pieces.
